Preheat the hydraulic device. When the hydraulic oil temperature is low, rapid operation will cause damage to the hydraulic device.

1. Run the small excavator engine at medium speed, operate the bucket, and preheat;

2. Lift up the machine to rotate the crawler track, and preheat the left and right traveling motors respectively;

3. Then, raise the engine speed to the highest speed and let the bucket and stick work continuously for 5 minutes;At the same time, you should pay full attention to the safety of the surrounding environment during preheating operation. When the temperature is low, people'sreactions will be relatively slow. Avoid touching people and objects around you during preheating.

To warm up the engine of a small excavator, the first step when getting on the truck is to start the engine and run it at low speed for 5 minutes. At the same time, the following checks should be carried out during the warm-up process of the small excavator engine:

1. Whether the engine oil warning light goes out;

2. Whether there is oil or water leakage;

3. Whether the engine sound and exhaust color are normal;

4. Whether the charging indicator light goes out;

5. Whether there is any abnormality in any part of the machine.

If a small excavator is left idle in winter, it should be properly kept and maintained. In order to achieve the best performance when used again, the specific maintenance measures are as follows:

1. Clean the soil on the surface of the small excavator and check for loose fasteners.

2. Check whether the antifreeze level and engine oil level are normal, check whether the engine oil quality is normal, and check the antifreeze level of the fuel.

3. If the weather is particularly cold and the mini excavator is shut down for a long time, please drain the engine coolant. At the same time, in order to prevent the battery from feeding, the battery must be removed and stored in a warm place.

4. Start the engine every once in a while. If the antifreeze level and engine oil level are lower than the normal level, please add them to normal levels in time before starting. In cold weather, put the key in the preheating position until the preheating light comes on (repeat the preheating several times), then start the engine, run at idle speed for 5-10 minutes, and then operate each cylinder 5-10 times without load, each time with the maximum ratio The stroke is 5-10MM small. Finally, make the engine rotate at the highest speed and quickly operate each cylinder 5-10 times, and simultaneously operate left and right rotation and forward and backward walking 3 times each. Until the system temperature rises to 50-80 degrees, it can operate normally. Continue to operate all working devices for 5-10 minutes and then stop the engine.

5. Diesel should be replaced with -10 to -30 models, depending on the region. The further north you are, the more diesel you need. In addition, the diesel filter should be replaced, and the engine oil should be replaced with the locally applicable thickener. The engine oil should be melted and the oil filter should also be replaced. If there is oil leakage in the hydraulic system, it should be replaced in time. If possible, the oil tank should be well insulated.

6. The cooling system should carefully check whether the hoses are aging or broken. If there are any problems, they should be replaced in time because these places are more likely to have problems in winter. If hot water is available, it is best to heat the water tank every day so that the engine can start better, but be sure not to forget to drain the water. The reason why adding antifreeze is not recommended is because it is more difficult to start the engine in particularly cold areas.
